Winchester Country Market is a friendly cooperative market which offers cooks, plant and vegetable producers an economical way of offering their products to local consumers

Winchester Country Market is currently looking for new members who:

• Cook - cakes, pies, preserves
• Raise plants - unusual or specialist plants are welcome
• Grow vegetables - seasonal vegetables from your garden or allotment

Please note that only products that you have made or grown yourself can be accepted - not products you have bought to resell

The market is run collectively:

• no one has preferential treatment
• no minimum quantities
• a small commission from sales is taken to cover the cost of running the market. The remainder is paid to the producer after the close of the month
• advice on pricing is available
• advice on Food Hygiene certification is available for cooks
